After hearing that a friend had managed to secure an upgrade on our upcoming Virgin Voyages cruise, I’ll admit I got a bit of FOMO and sent Mike a slightly cheeky email to see if there was anything he could do.
What happened next is why he’s a star.
Our cruise was already booked and fully paid for, but Mike went away, did all the hard work behind the scenes, repriced the booking, negotiated like a pro, and somehow managed to upgrade us from a Seriously Suite to a Brilliant Suite — at no extra cost.
Not only that, he secured even more loot and onboard credit for us. So we ended up with an upgrade, more loot, and a bigger bar tab. That’s exactly why I use Mike for every single booking.

Virgin Voyages with Friends
We met Mike on a cruise a few years ago and really loved his personality so when we were looking for some help booking a trip we knew he was the one to go to……. First I am amazed that Mike had excellent communication with me while he was on a trip out of the country (which I tried not to bother him, but somehow it just happened)….. He was so helpful and really knows his stuff. He was able to get us booked, connected bookings with our friends, and not only that but he kept us up to date to let us know when we were able to book spa, excursions, dining, etc. We really felt like he is organized, knowledgable and just a great person !!! We will always be booking with him in the future without hesitation.
